These terms apply when you browse or purchase from Golden Veil Bridal. By placing an order, you agree to the product, pricing, delivery and return information shown at the time of purchase.

Products and availability

We aim to keep product descriptions, colours, measurements, stock and pre-order timing accurate. Bridal fabrics and screen displays can vary slightly, so if colour matching is important please send us a photo of your dress before ordering.

Pricing and payment

Prices are displayed in New Zealand dollars unless clearly stated otherwise. Payment options offered at checkout are provided by our payment partners.

Stock and pre-orders

In-stock and pre-order availability is shown on product pages. Pre-order dates are estimates and can change because of supplier or freight delays. If timing is critical, contact us before ordering.

Shipping

Delivery and pickup options are described on our Shipping & Delivery page. Customers are responsible for providing a correct delivery address.

Returns

Our return and exchange conditions are set out in our Returns & Exchanges policy. Please review them before ordering, particularly when choosing a veil colour.

Website use

Website content, product photography and branding may not be copied or reused commercially without permission. We may update the website, products, prices and these terms from time to time.
