Pearl Veil Weights — Set of 4
Our Pearl Veil Weights feature a classic ivory pearl finish with a polished silver base, designed to blend seamlessly into white and ivory veils. Simply attach them around the lower edge of your veil to add a little extra weight and help reduce lifting, blowing and twisting in the breeze. Perfect for outdoor ceremonies, beach weddings, garden weddings or anywhere the weather might have other ideas. How many do I need? A set of 4 is generally perfect for shorter and medium-length veils, including elbow, fingertip and waltz styles. For chapel or cathedral veils, we recommend 2 sets (8 weights) if you’re wanting more hold, particularly for an outdoor wedding. Where should I place them? For a set of four, position the weights evenly around the lower section of your veil — roughly one near each outer side and two spaced through the centre of the hem. On a rounded veil, simply distribute them evenly around the bottom edge. For longer chapel and cathedral veils, use additional weights spaced evenly around the train rather than concentrating them all in one area. This helps the veil fall naturally while keeping the weight virtually unnoticeable.

Caring for your veil
Unpack your veil as soon as practical and let it hang freely for 24-48 hours. For creases, start with gentle bathroom steam or use a garment steamer on low from about 20-30cm away. Never iron tulle directly. Read the full veil care guide →
